Strawberry Cake by Michelle's Mom
Ingredients:
1 box of white cake mix
1 3 oz strawberry jello
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup berry juice(this is the juice from the strawberries)
3 eggs
1 cup of fresh or frozen crushed berries

Mix all ingredients. Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Frosting: 1/2 -1 cup of Crisco
1 lb. 10x sugar
1/2 cup (or more) of crushed strawberries

Cream thoroughly and spread on cake.

Crack Brownies by Holly
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 bag of heath toffee bits
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Spread in 9x13 pan. Mix together next final ingredients. Spread on top of crust. Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes or until done.

SLOW COOKER

Mac and Cheese by Michelle
Ingredients:
7-8oz of elbow macaroni
1 can of evaporated milk
3 eggs
3 cups of shredded cheese ( I use velveeta cheese) -save 1 cup for top
1 stick of butter

Cook macaroni and drain. Mix all ingredients together. Put a cup of cheese on the top. Put in crock pot on low for 3 hours. Do not lift lid during cooking time.

Mexican

Chicken Enchiladas by Michelle
Ingredients:
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tbsp. of butter
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
2 cups of chopped cooked chicken
1 can of chopped green chilis
8 8inch flour tortillas
1 cup of shredded cheddar or m. jack cheese

Mix soup and sour cream. In saucepan, heat butter (med. heat). Add onion and chili powder. Cook till tender. Add chicken, chilis and 2 tbsp. soup mixture. Spread 1/2 cup soup mixture in baking dish. Fill tortillas and place seam side down. Spread remaining soup. Sprinkle with cheese.
